Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga is a practice that reminds us to slow down and listen to our pregnant body as it shifts and changes. During preganancy we can learn to trust in our body's inant birthing wisdom. Prenatal Yoga incorporates supportive, safe postures that strengthen and balance your body through the journey of pregnancy and birth.

We will learn to listen to the natural breathing rhythm, promoting inner stillness and mindfulness, while preparing for the miracle of child birth.

Share and enjoy with the company of other pregnant women while you learn safe, effective ways to prepare the body and mind for the journey ahead.

No previous yoga experience is necessary.
